Humanoids from the Deep
This film may not be to everyone's taste but man do I find it a blast to watch. Anyone else feel the same. I know it has caught flack for its exploitation of women, but it is still fun to me.

Here is that wild HUMANOIDS poster as promised. I nice display piece but there really isn't a standard frame in the free world that would fit that thing without customizing.

I have got to see this one--it's been in the store near me but I've resisted because James Horner's score rips off Jerry Goldsmith so blatantly. (I don't make that charge casually, I'm talkin'...

Babetician, I have that album, too! Aside from the steals you note, the one I was thinking of was a track on side two that is an exact copy of the big action cue in BOYS FROM BRAZIL. I loved how...

Just watched this. Need clarification... It totally looked like real dead dogs at the beginning. Confirm, deny?

Re that newspaper review posted above (thanks, Babetician!), Mr. Stack didn't have any qualms about putting a big ol' no-warning spoiler right at the end of his review, did he?!

The dogs in the beginning very well could be dead, we euthanize enough of them every day, poor things. It's been a long time since I've seen this film, I recall being very fond of it as it disturbed...

Love this film. The logical next step up in monster exploitation of the era. If anybody ever wondered what all those sea creatures of the 50's were contemplating what to do with surface dwellers (male...
